My aim…Our bodies and minds are spectacular at healing themselves with the right tools, tender loving care, mindset and effort. I work with natural ways and products to promote health and wellbeing. I look at lifestyle. I work on the root problem whether it be physical, emotional, energetical, chemical or (through experience) a combination of all of them. Our bodies give us warning signs on our ‘dashboard’ but we tend to ignore them or accept that it is part of getting older. It does not have to be! I would love to avoid masking and supressing poor health with a quick fix tablet and actually looking at ways to empower you to possibly be pain free and able again.
