Preliminary consultation enables you to tell me about your health, any symptoms and stresses you are experiencing and what you feel you need help with. During each session I will muscle test the body’s systems and circuits working on what the body indicates is relevant and priority at the present time as the body works through things in layers.

Allergy is a word ‘loosely used’ – an allergic reaction tends to involve an extreme reaction to a particular thing requiring an Epi-pen. These sessions involve testing the sensitivity or intolerance levels to food or something known to upset your body. Ideally it is done with the actual foods you eat but vials can be used to detect sensitivities/intolerances. I look at whether the body is overloaded by a certain source, has a hidden sensitivity and whether it is beneficial, neutral or weakening the body.
LYMPH DRAINAGE MASSAGE: 1 HOUR £ 55.00
A full body massage encouraging built up toxins to move towards the Lymph nodes in the body. Increased flow enables them to be expelled from the body reducing inflammation and stiffness.
